Sparks and Mary Oleda Sparks (Holman); his wife Joyce of Fremont, Nebraska; his children, Stacy Steggerda (Dan) of Mount Sidney, Robert of Omaha, Lisa Keim Sparks of Fremont and Steven of Waynesboro, Virginia; his grandchildren, Cody Sparks (Thesla), Joshua Sparks of Fremont, Elizabeth Kneip (Cody) of Romeoville, Samuel Steggerda of Mount Sidney, Vanessa Reynolds of Hamilton and Marissa Sparks of Waynesboro, Virginia; and his sister Margie Powell Fort Worth (C. D.). He was also cherished by 4 great-grandchildren.
