He is survived by: his wife Teresa Cruse of Fremont; his stepson Philip Steiger (Lynda) of Fremont; his siblings, Jim Peterson (Debbie) of Fremont, Paul Peterson of Fremont, Michael Peterson (Mary) of Shenandoah, Iowa and Linda Risch (John) of Monterey Park, California; his grandchildren, A. J. and Maya Steiger; and his great grandchild Josephine.
