It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karl David Nordstrom (Fremont, Nebraska), born in Wausa, Nebraska, who passed away on May 25, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norris Nordstrom and Naomie Nordstrom (Swanson); and his stepmother Linnea Nordstrom. He is survived by: his wife Joan Marie Nelson; his children, Richard Eric Nordstrom (Deborah) of Cypress, Texas, Rachel Marie Noble (Jeffrey) of Centennial, Colorado and Russell Evan Nordstrom (Heather); his grandchildren, Nicole Derdyn (Decker), Emily Burns (Jared), Benjamin Noble (Rebekah), Allison Lee (Will), Abigail Bergen (Reagan), Lauren Morford (Cameron), Kathryn Johnson (Andrew), Ryan Nordstrom (Courtney), Tyler Nordstrom (Beth Hamilton), Nathan, Erik and Meddie Nordstrom; his great grandchildren, Zadie and Ari Noble; his grandchildren, Junia Lee, Elliott, Benny, Max, Sloan Johnson and Liara Burns; his brother Evan; and his siblings-in-law, Carolyn Nordstrom of Fremont, Douglas and Janice Gustafson of Ithaca. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.
