She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Lovelady and Jeanette Lovelady (Himebaugh); her son Mark Follen; and her brother Duane. She is survived by: her children, Patric Follen of Arlington, Lyle Follen Jr. of Lincoln, Pamela Shannon (John) of Butte, Sue DeHoge (Jack) of Sheldon, IA and Nancy Janssen of LeMars, IA.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
