She is survived by: her children, Amanda Thomas (Nate) of Waterloo and Matt Jurgenson of Fremont; her grandchildren, Addie and Sam Thomas; her brother Gerald Smith (Donna) of Pender Richard; and her sister-in-law Linda Perry of Norman, OK..
