He was predeceased by: his father Charles Starlin; his father-in-law Harry Granger; and his niece Kristie. He is survived by: his mother Rachel Starlin (Hawk); his wife Jerri; his stepdaughter Stacy Newill; his siblings, Randy Starlin (Leann), Rodney Starlin, Faye Starlin, Deb Long and Cora Lee Starlin; his mother-in-law Jeannette Granger; his grandchildren, Chandra, Logan, Nevaeh and Charleigh; and his niece Summer.
