He was predeceased by: his father Jack Bird. He is survived by: his mother Patty Hapke; his daughters, Quinn and Brianna; and his brothers, Joe Bird and Jeff Bird (Stephanie). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; aunts, uncles, cousins, and 2 nieces and a nephew.
