It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Svoboda Jr. of Fremont, Nebraska, who passed away on August 2, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Svoboda and Myrtle Svoboda (Steele); and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his wife Joan Pavlik of Fremont; his children, Jeffrey Svoboda and Fremont Judy Svoboda-Johannsen (John Kieny); his grandsons, Reed Johannsen of Fremont, Jack and Joshua Svoboda of Omaha; his sister Marlene Vybiral of Wahoo; and his sister-in-law Mary Lou Brown of Milwaukee.

Memorials are suggested to St. Patrick Catholic Church or the Fremont Bowling Club.
