He is survived by: his former wife Carol Harter; his wife Ellen Ann Phelps (Proctor); his children, Jamie Halladay (Andrea), Kelly Halladay (Michelle), Jesse Halladay (Jamie), Jeffrey (Maggie Phelps), Angela Martin (Todd), Renae Kirschenmann, Joshua McIntosh and William Donte Hairston; his siblings, Johnny Halladay, Elsie Hank (Russell) and Mary Sue Cummings (Ron); and his grandchildren, Adrianna, Alaina, Ava Halladay, Dominic Martin, Mason, Kinsey Halladay, Sidney, James, Maya, Zoe Kirschenmann, Grace, LeRoy, Mary Halladay, Abraham, Marlon and Frances Phelps. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
