Jeannine Klitz Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeannine Klitz of Fremont, Nebraska, who passed away on June 15, 2022 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustav Stigge and Philomena Stigge (Glodowski); her daughter Ruth McLaughlin (Don); her siblings, Gustav G. Stigge (Agnes), Walden Stigge, Kenneth, Dorothy Vitek (Mel), Marilyn Pospishil and Patricia; and her granddaughter Tracy Ortmeier-Henningsen.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Klitz (Debra) of Dodge, Carol Klitz of Minneapolis, MN, Barbara Ortmeier (Richard) of Blair and Geraldine Berens (Mark) of Houston, TX; her brothers, Rodney Stigge (Kay) of Omaha, Nebraska and Patrick Stigge of Omaha, Nebraska; and her grandchildren, Julie Edmonds (Mark), Michelle Martinez (Steve), Vicki Edghill (Pete), Lindsey Stumpe (Steven), Dustin Klitz (Noelle), Scott Berens (Julie), Sarah Donabaum (Volker) and Matthew Berens (Kailyn). She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to St. Wenceslaus Catholic Cemetery in Dodge or St. Patrick Catholic Church in Fremont.
