Jay Main Obituary

He was predeceased by: his father Jerome; and his grandson Matthew Kellerman. He is survived by: his wife Rita of Fremont; his children, Josh Main (Alex Koupal) of Phoenix, AZ, Dylan Main (Yajaira Monarrez) of Omaha, John Radtke (Cristi Cone) of Fremont, Nicole Jones (Jeffrey) of Elkhorn and Trisha Main (Bruce Schmidt) of Omaha; his mother Patricia Main; and his siblings, Kevin Main (Leslie), Cheryl Paden (Richard) of Fremont and Rita Dowd (Michael) of Lincoln. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to the family for a future designation.
