He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Foster and Mildred Foster (Olson); his parents-in-law, Edward and Mary Leeds (Kock); his brothers, Lee and Earl Foster; and his siblings-in-law, Glen Wellendorf, Rose Ann Foster and Joan Foster.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Marilyn Dather (Gary) of Fremont, NE, Gene Foster (Supriya) of Nazareth, PA and Ruth Feldbusch of Conway, SC; his grandchildren, Laura Foley (Mike) of Columbus, NE, John Dather (Jill) of Fremont, NE, Kristin Foster of Brooklyn, NY and Summer Feldbusch of Conway, SC; his brother Wayne Foster of Lincoln, NE; and his sisters-in-law, Jeanette Foster of Alliance, NE and Edrie Wellendorf of Denison, IA.. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
