He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rowell and Lorraine Rowell (Bartreau). He is survived by: his wife Angela Rowell of Fremont; his children, Jesse Rowell, William Rowell (Dylan) of Lincoln, James Rowell, Jr. of Hastings, NE, Amber Shaffer (Travis) of Jefferson City, MO, Laura Fleischman (Steve), Lorraine Rowell and Dawn Rowell; his sister Angel White; and his grandchildren, Adrien, Gavin, Savannah, Sawyer, Jackson, Agatha, Phoenix and Bella.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Moser Memorial Chapel Funeral & Cremation Services (2170 N Somers Ave, Fremont, NE 68025). A rosary was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
