He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Berry and Elma Berry; and his wife LeVerne Berry (Westlin). He is survived by: his children, Paul Wilson (Shirley) of Indianapolis, IN and Christine Solomon (Carlyn) of Boulder, CO; his granddaughter Krystal of Omaha, NE; his great grandchildren, Diana and Isabella of Omaha; his sister Marva Jackson of Minneapolis, MN; and his stepgrandchildren, Jessica Martindale (Kyle), Julia Walton (Ryan) and Jerod Solomon (Laura).

Memorials suggested to the Endowment of Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church.
