He is survived by: his wife Frances Jensen (Sedlacek); his children, Debby Layman Jamie (Tom), Susan Anderson Parker (Marty), Sammie, Mike Jensen Abby (Kristi), Colt, David Jensen Kaylin (Gigi) and Kalli; and also Justice.
