He is survived by: his close friend Carole Panning of Fremont; his children, Jeff Miller' and Amy Lafferty of Fremont; and his granddaughter Holly Lewis (John) of Elizabethtown, Kentucky. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
