He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Waugh and Alice Waugh (Whitney); his wife Nelda; his brother Richard; and his in-laws, Burt Jung, Myron Plambeck, Jim Cunningham, Dick and Ardith Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Tim Waugh (Lynette) of Lawrenceville, Georgia, Barbara Waugh of Lincoln and Nancy Waugh Gilstrap (Jack) of Abilene, Kansas; his grandchildren, Eric Waugh (Jennifer) of Midlothian and Elisha Lowe (Jonathan) of Gurley, Alabama; his sisters, Elaine Jung of Mason, Marilyn Cunningham of Las Vegas and Marjorie Plambeck of Indianapolis; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Waugh of Valley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Memorials are suggested to the First Baptist Church (505 N. C, Fremont).
