He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Spenner and Caroline Spenner (Ortmeier); and his sisters, Clara Kluthe, Trudy Beard, Mary Schwitzer and Fran Van Buskirk.
He is survived by: his wife Benilda T. Gall; his children, Gary A. Spenner (Marilyn), Dennis J. Spenner (Shelly), Cynthia "Cindy" M. Spenner and Sheryl L. Nevotti (Dave); his grandchildren, Jeremiah D. Nevotti, Jessica L. Clemens (Chris) and Joshua A. Nevotti; his great grandchild Octavia G. Clemens; and his siblings, Arthur Spenner, Bernard Spenner (Pam) and Martha Kluthe. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
