He is survived by: his wife Donna Appel; his children, Robin Moyer (Chris), Dan Hilgenkamp (Dawn), Jeannie Parsons (Dean) and Kathy Roum (Chad); his grandchildren, Danielle Landberg (Sam), Tanner Moyer, Sierra, Brand Hilgenkamp, Bailey, Gracie, Benjamin, Cody Parsons, Noah, Jonah Katt, Jacob, Madison and Samantha Roum; his great grandchild Brooks Landberg; his pets, Gus, Jax, Remi, Maverick, Skully (Sully) and Boone; his brothers, Stanley Hilgenkamp (Marsha Lindbloom), Don Hilgenkamp (Kris) and Paul Hilgenkamp (Chris); and his stepsiblings, Laurie Holben (Steve) and Andy Barber (Lois).
The family asks memorials be sent to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the American Heart Association.
