He is survived by: his wife Julie Smith of Fremont; his children, Amanda Thomas (Nate) of Elkhorn and Matt Jurgenson of Fremont; his grandchildren, Addie and Sam Thomas; his sister Linda Perry of Norman, OK.; and his brother-in-law Gerald Smith (Donna) of Pender Richard.
