He is survived by: his children, Shelli Hall of Wahoo, Shad Hejhal (Regina) of Linwood and Shannan Hejhal of Omaha; his grandchildren, Robbi Hall, Amanda Scherer (Eric) and Lucas Austin (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Baxter Hall, Pippa Scherer and Amelia Austin; his sisters, Elsie Alexander of Omaha, Katherine Bayer and Alice Krenk of Schuyler; his sister-in-law Diana Hejhal of Sergeant Bluff, IA; and his former wife Elaine Wirka. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
