He was predeceased by: his parents, James Haney and Clara Haney (Rix). He is survived by: his wife Sharyl of Fremont, NE; his sons, Chad Haney (Stacey) of Lincoln, NE, Bret Haney (Kim) of Dwight, NE and Matt Haney (Kelly) of Pleasant Dale, NE.; and his grandchildren, Lexis Haney, Camden Haney, Katie Haney, Olivia Hayek (Thunder) and Braden Haney.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Ludvigsen Mortuary - Fremont (1249 E 23rd St, Fremont, NE 68025). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Memorial Cemetery (800 W 23rd St, Fremont, NE 68025).
