We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2024, at the age of 90, Dorothy Smith of Fremont, Nebraska, born in Clarkson, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Dorothy leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Zrust and Antonia Zrust; her husband Robert Smith; her daughter Lisa Marie; and her son-in-law Jack Shelton.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Shelton of Fremont, Gregory Smith of Fremont, Steve Smith (Tonja Ledford) of Fremont and Jeff Smith (Suzanne) of Fremont. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Bridge in Fremont.
