She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Adkins and Hattie Adkins (Kadereit); her husband Don; her son Mark Levenhagen; her grandchildren, Jeremy Hobson, Matthew Doht, Jacob Levenhagen and Lakynn Rief; and her brothers, Robert Adkins, Richard Adkins and Leroy Adkins.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Levenhagen (Jasy) of Fremont, Donald D. Levenhagen (Ginger) of Indianapolis, Indiana, Becky Dabkowski of Greencastle, Beth Doht (Scott) of Lyons and Kris Kavan (Greg) of North Bend; her sister Carol Adkins McKinley; and her brother-in-law Fritz Levenhagen (Joyce). She is also survived by 21 Grandchildren and 22 Great Grandchildren, Sister-in-law Linda Canada, and many nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to the Trinity Lutheran Early Childhood Center, Fremont.
