She is survived by: her husband LeRoy Panning of Fremont; her daughter Lori Phillips (Jim) of Oakland, NE; her siblings, Rayola Riley (Ron) of Fremont, Betty Thomas of California, Gary Watts and Lloyd Watts, Jr.; her grandchildren, Samantha Siebler and Jaxon Phillips; and her sisters-in-law, Larae Plessing, Ardeth Blomendahl, Marilyn Jahnke, Eileen Soll, Ellie Buckholt and Linda Hyson.
