He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi C. Holt and Lora D. Holt (Payton); and his siblings, Ella Marie Carter, Dora Lee Mooney and L. J. Holt.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Holt of Fremont; his sons, Bob Holt (Joan) of Georgetown, Donald Jr. Holt (Cathie) of Gladewater, TX and Dan Holt of Fremont; and his siblings, James Holt of Richardson, TX and Kathleen Pasa of Auburn, Washington. He is also survived by six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
