He is survived by: his children, David Varilek of Fremont, Susan Sawyer of Fremont and Tammy Varilek of Morrill, Nebraska; his sister Eileen Spencer of Alliance, Nebraska; his grandchildren, Krystal, Kory Varilek (Ashley) and Paige Sawyer; and his great grandchildren, Allie and Bentley.
