He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard and Lydia'McGuire'Privett; his brothers, Willard, Richard, Ralph, Phillip and James; and his father-in-law Melvin Hoffman.

He is survived by: his wife Debbie Hoffman of Fremont; his daughters, Jennifer Morgan (Justin) of Bennington and Lindsay Privett of Odessa; his grandchildren, Payton, Paxton Morgan Maddox and Myah Ruffin; his brother Oliver Privett (Linda) of Norfolk; and his mother-in-law Lovetta Hoffman of Fremont.
