He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Milligan and Lula Milligan; his daughter Barbara Sue Jones; and his siblings, Frances Evans, Alta Holzerland (Nebraska), Bessie McGee (Michigan), Leo (Oregon), Luther, Clifford (Nebraska) and Ralph (Colorado).
He is survived by: his children, Larry Dale of Oregon and Glenda Rae Vio of Washington. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
