She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Kotik and Trevia Kotik (Temple); her husband Richard Sampson; and her daughter Holly. She is survived by: her children, Debora Wilkinson (JD) of McKenzie, TN and Robert Sampson (Jamie) of Weston, WV; and her siblings, John Kotik (Bev) of Fremont, Jerry Kotik (Jane) of Fremont, Anna McKlem of Fremont and Nola Mork of North Dakota. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren; several cousins, nieces and nephews.
