He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Cobb and Sylvia Cobb (Baker); his wife Susan Sykes; his son Thomas Cobb; and his sister Corliss Kerr.
He is survived by: his children, Jill Arthur (Mark Scott) of Fremont and Steve Cobb (Rhonda) of Fremont; his grandchildren, Chris DeVere (Teija), Elizabeth Arthur, Billy Arthur (Stephanie), Garrett Cobb, Peyton Cobb (Sarah) and Hannah Cobb; and his great grandchildren, Katelyn Reiger (Mason), Jacob Boosinger and Tommy Arthur.
Memorials will be directed to Habitat For Humanity or The Catz Angels Rescue.
