She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Soukup and Mildred Soukup (Chmelka); her former husband Harry; her brother Wayne Soukup; and her grandson Riley Aksamit.
She is survived by: her husband High Performance; her daughters, Shelley Aksamit (Matt Marquart) of Springfield, MO, Micki Gilfry (Rod Vashon) of Fremont and Tracey Goodman (Tyler) of Bellevue, NE; her siblings, Kevin Soukup of Seward, NE, Keith Soukup of David City and Kathy Smith (John) of Beggs, OK; her sister-in-law Linda Soukup of David City; her grandchildren, Nathan, Jordan, Amanda, Carlie, Amara, McKenzie and Emercyn; and her great grandchild Quinn.
