She was predeceased by: her son Derek John. She is survived by: her parents, Norman Johnson and Sally Johnson; her siblings, Johnnie Johnson (Melinda), Tammie Baumert (Ron) and Angie Hauptman (Tim); her children, Brant, Darin (Gabby), Jaclyn (Brett Haney) and Samantha Wise (Jake); and her grandchildren, Leah Keithley, Isla, Cal Keithley and Baby Wise. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and wonderful friends.
