He was predeceased by: his parents, James Yount and Sarah Yount (Berry); his son-in-law Jerry Eckert; and his great grandchildren, Allyssa and Courtney.
He is survived by: his wife Colleen; his daughters, Georgia Eckert, Kathy Cassidy (Harold) and Joyce Henrichson (Allen); and his sister Bonnie Rae. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, and 23 great great-grandchildren.
