Forney of Fremont, Nebraska, born in Lewellen, Nebraska, who passed away on February 5, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Jessica Hochstein (Todd) of Fremont and Ben Forney (Courtney) of Omaha; her grandchildren, Faith Hanson (JD Cooley), Jake Hanson (Lindsey Nelson) and Sawyer Forney; and her siblings, Ted Fiesterman of Lewellen and Barb Frazey of Bullhead City, AZ..
