He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Agee and Thelma Agee (Farley); and his siblings, Edward, James Roland Agee, Rosalie, Virginia, Helen and Shirley.
He is survived by: his siblings, Roger Agee of Omaha, Herbert Agee of Council Bluffs, Iowa, Charlotte Agee of Corning, IA and Dwanna Maddy of Council Bluffs, IA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
