With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bill Harris of Fremont, Nebraska, born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away on May 1, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Harris and Lillie Harris (Wager); his wife Vera Smith; his son Randy Harris; and his siblings, Donald Harris and Etta Mae Bergantzel.
He is survived by: his children, Penney Schurkamp (Jim) of Fremont, Julie Johnson (Doyle) of Idaho, Robin Harris of Livingston, Montana and John Harris of Gerald, Missouri. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren.
