He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Pensyl Sr. and Charlotte Pensyl (Adams); his granddaughter Savannah Pensyl; and his siblings, Ervin Pensyl and Missy Pensyl.
He is survived by: his children, Joe Gruhn, Garrett Pensyl and Tina Pensyl; his grandchildren, Gage, Hailee and Aubree; and his siblings, Guy Pensyl Jr. (Heidi), Tina Halley (Steve), Kathy Shively (Ted) and Naomi Pensyl (Dan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Reach Church (13121 County Rd 16, Blair, NE 68008).
