With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alene Clarice Nestander of Fremont, Nebraska, born in Omaha, Nebraska, who passed away on October 15, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cloyd and Alma'Cogle'Hawley; her husband Edwin Herbert Nestander; her sons, Mark A. Nestander and Daniel W. Nestander; her brother Robert Hawley; and her grandson Terry Nestander.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheri L. Luff (Bob) and Pamela J Mulliken (Jack); her daughters-in-law, Doreen Nestander and Janet Nestander; and her grandchildren, Stefanie Scearcy, Jennifer Baker, Robert Mulliken, Kristin Hansen, Michelle Knisely, Dr. Matthew Nestander, Joshua Luff, Holli Luff, Kelsey Mulliken-Hunt and Tyler Mulliken. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
