It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra M. Haltom (Franklin, Nebraska), born in Milford, New Jersey, who passed away on September 30, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse David L. Haltom; her parent Onsville Locklin; and her sibling Kenneth Locklin. She is survived by: her parent Annie C. Locklin (Rabbette); her children, Cheryl A. Plumeau of Manchester, NH, June M. Mullett (Gordon) of Franklin, Pamela J. O'Brien (John) of Franklin and Mary A. DeSouza (Laisson) of Oxford; her grandchildren, Amanda Bassignani-Parrish (Nick) of Bellingham, Amy and Michael O'Brien of Franklin; her stepgrandchildren, Josh Mullett and Jesse Mullett of North Attleboro; and her siblings, Joanne Eisner, James Locklin, Warren Locklin and Barbara Dunlap.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be sent to Alzheimer's Association.
