He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dee Inez (Garten) and Jake Long; his sister Dee Inez Long; his wife Betty Long of Franklin, Nebraska; his children, Linda Grummert (Steve) of Mitchell, Nebraska and Mike Long of Norfolk, Nebraska; his grandchildren, Crystal McEntee of Fountain, Colorado, Jake and Cole Long of Norfolk; and his sisters, Nancy Farr of California, Alice Long of Indiana and Deloris Finkston (Don) of Florida.
Memorials will be given to the Franklin Alumni Scholarship Fund.
