He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lawrence, Dorothy Reynolds, Phillip and Kathryn Johnson; his father-in-law LeRoy Sweet; and his uncles, Lyle Johnson, Gary Johnson and Dean Reynolds.
He is survived by: his parents, Darla VanMatre (Reynolds) and Mark Johnson (Carolyn); his former wife Jasmine Gard; his wife Patty; his daughter McKayla; his sister Rachelle Steckelberg (T. J.); his stepsisters, Holly Anway and Heather Smallcomb; his stepdaughters, Tiffany Odel, Brooke Reed and Faith Reed; and his nieces and nephews, Trishelle, Kennedy and Madden Steckelberg. He is also survived by his cousins, other relatives and many friends.
