He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester L. Jackson and Myrtle Jackson (Tietjen); and his sister Joyce Lucht. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Jackson of Franklin, Nebraska; his children, Erold Jackson (Chris) of Kearney, Angie Grube (Bill) of Franklin and Sheila Atkins (Jeff) of Aurora Illinois; his grandchildren, Ian Jackson, Oriana Lindsey, Tyler Marks (Tonya), Collin Marks (Paige Kearney), Owen Grube, Anna Jane Grube, Jordan Atkins and Kellen Atkins; his great grandchild Tate Marks; and his sisters, Marge Rose (Les) and Carolyn Jackson.

Family requests in lieu of flowers memorials maybe be made to either the Riverton Legion Post #328 or Riverton Volunteer Fire Department.
