Eugene C. Goebel Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 19, 2024, at the age of 82, Eugene C. Goebel of Franklin, Nebraska, born in Denver, Colorado passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Goebel and Velma Goebel (Secrest); and his siblings, Melberta Nyburg (Eldon), Clinton Goebel and Leo Goebel (Janette).
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Janssen; his children, Mark, Chris Goebel (Mary) and Sharlene Burkholder (Greg); his grandchildren, Brandon Goebel (Kaitlin) and Brittany (Tyler Torres); and his great grandchildren, Everly Goebel, Raelynn Torres, LadyBug and Blue Heeler. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorials may be made to the Riverton or Franklin Fire Departments.
