It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David A. Walton (Franklin, Nebraska), who passed away on December 23, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil A. Walton and Jennie Walton (Bruce); his daughter Elizabeth Ann Walton; and his siblings, Margaret Risinger (Leonard), Alice W. Kotrous (Vacie), Bruce (Dorothy), Robert (Romas), Bill, Archie (Glenda), Larry (Betty) and Percy.
He is survived by: his nephew A. J. Walton; his wife Betty; his children, Joan Dorn (Roger), Franklin, Dennis Walton (Debra) of London, AR, Douglas Walton (Amy), Julie Rinehart (Steve) of Osceola, NE, Patrick Walton (Mary Jane), Jane Studnicka (Rich) of Waco, NE, Mary Minnick (Scott) of Riverton, NE, Mike Walton, Donna Brown (Kevin) and Beatrice; his sister Mary Ann Robison (Lefty) of Blair, NE; and his sister-in-law Maria Walton of Creighton, NE. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren; thirty great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and friends.
