He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Johnson and Irene Johnson; and his sister Diana Snavely. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Smith; his daughters, Laurie Plowman (Matthew) and Amy Gustafson (Mark); his grandchildren, Jocelyn Plowman and Luke Gustafson; his brother Randy Johnson (Joan); and his in-laws, Jim Smith (Karen), Larry Smith (Julie), Bob Smith (Sharon), Mike Smith (Joyce) and David Smith (Annie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
