With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda Susan Childers of Fort Calhoun, Nebraska, who passed away on August 14, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Childers; her grandson Brandon James Michael Childers; her parents, Harold Sr. Newbanks and Betty Newbanks; and her sister Patricia Broyles.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Childers (Tessie) of Bennington, NE, Michael Todd Childers of Cheyenne, WY and Wendy Sue Childers (Harvey Williams) of Edwards, MO; her siblings, Harold Newbanks Jr. of Omaha, NE and Monica Pingel (Randy) of Dallas Center, IA; and her grandchildren, Paul Williams, Harley Williams, Brooke Childers, Talen Childers and Felicia Monjarez. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
