He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Ergenbright; his parents, Warren Boyd and Violet House (Sanders); his stepfather Paul House; and his sister Doris Shoup (Robert).
He is survived by: his children, Michael Boyd (Patty) of Emma, MO, Bambi Oestmann (Jeff) of Lincoln and Eric Boyd of Filley; his grandchildren, Michael (Taylor), Matthew (Kayelynn), Morgan, Brooke, Michaela and Justin; his great grandchildren, Jax, Bennett, Audrey and Crew; his brother Robert Boyd (Eunice); and his daughter Patti Bye. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the family's choice.
