She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank S. Zulkoski and Matilda B. Zulkoski (Jurzenski); and her children, Janet Shanahan, Mary Augustyn and Jerry Augustyn.

She is survived by : her former life partner John Augustyn; her husband Gilbert A. Stefanowicz; her son Frank Stefanowicz (Natalie) of Grand Island; her son-in-law John Shanahan of Grand Island; her grandchildren, Matthew, Maggie, Megan, Rylie, Nathan and Jared (Courtney); and her sister Marjorie Becker of Michigan.
