He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. and Gertrude A. Lukasiewicz (Pawloski); and his sister Jeanette Spak. He is survived by: his wife Kayleen; his children, Shelley Hill of Papillion and Daniel Hill of Papillion; his sister Lucy Lukasiewicz of Prayer Town; his grandchildren, Lukas Hill, Lauren Hill, Logan Hill, Nancy Hill, Eilish Hill, Jordyn, Jared, Joseph Lukasiewicz, Micheal, Sarah, Matthew, Aaron, Caleb and Jacob Lies; his great grandchildren, Brady Hill, Brody Hill and Sophia Hill; his brother-in-law Gary Spak of Mercer Island, WA; and also, Philip Lukasiewicz, Tracey Lukasiewicz of Farwell, Jolene Lies and Jeff Lies of Omaha. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be given to Disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ, Polish Heritage Center or St. Anthony's Catholic Church.
